Writing an effective email.

How can one compose email such that they will be read and responded to? Wheter personal or business, the ability to compose efficient and effective email is useful both in terms of productivity.

I think the goal of the most people when we write an email is to be read, be understood, not to annoy the receiver and do not take up too much time on the receiver's end.

To start writing you should start with 'Dear...' the person will think she or he is receiving an email from a polite person, this will give them more confidence and security to open and read the email.

I think when people receive an email, they usually ask themselves, 'what do you need from me?', so we must answer this question quickly, without long introductions

When we ask, we should limit the numbers os questions and favor in an email, because the more questions you ask, the less likely you are to get a response, so we must ask the specific ones.

Before you send the email, you must check your content, if you can rephrase sentences using fewer words, do it. Delete the extra details, unnecessarily.
